Here at ClubMX we believe a strong training program goes beyond just physical training. Among the important components to our program is nutrition, something we take seriously. Sessions on nutrition happen weekly to supply our members with educational information about the importance of food in respect to body performance and overall wellness. Documentary films are shown to expand on the educational information provided to give members the opportunity to expand their knowledge. We support and believe in local foods, responsibly raised (to animals and the environment), USDA certified organic foods, Pasture-raised dairy, and Non-GMO's. To the ultimate athlete, there is no room within their dietary habits for preservatives, food colorings, artificial flavorings or synthetic foods. Optimal body performance is our goal and these items play no role in our quest for top performance.

Within the program lifestyle and dietary habits are fully explored. Members are educated on how to make better food choices. They learn about rotational dieting, gluten, and how to avoid food allergies, sensitivities, and intolerance.

When it comes to maintaining wellness, we support the natural route. Our program provides information about all the options and tools available to support health including natural remedies, homeopathy, herbs, and other supportive methods. To ClubMX, knowledge is power.
