What's new at ClubMX 6-9-2011

June 9 2011

What has been going on at ClubMX this week? Well other than the everyday grind of keeping the tracks maintained and watered, ClubMX is still trying to make the stay here more home-like and as convenient as possible for customers. This week the concrete that runs in front of the shop to the fitness center and to the ice bath area has been completed, which will track less dirt into the shop, and fitness center. Landscaping around the sidewalk has also been started by bringing loads of black dirt in, and covering it with hay for seeding grass purposes. A drinking water machine has been added to the fitness center for a cool refreshment during and after our work-outs. Also added to the fitness center is a new air-conditioning unit, making it a lot more comfortable during this hot and humid season. ClubMX nutritionist Debra Meszaros was here this past week as well, going over a new meal plan, and different types of nutritional food values, and supplements with the staff and riders. Mechanic Sean has been working hard this week getting race bikes ready as this weekend will see a bunch of racing from the ClubMX crew. Jesse Wentland, Maksis Vilcins, and ClubMX staff members Phil Haas and Mike Evenson will be racing the southeast regional championship held at Gatorback Cycle Park located in Alachua, FL. Brandon Haas will be racing round 3 of the AMA Pro Motocross Outdoor Nationals this weekend at High Point (Mt. Morris, PA), along with fellow ClubMX riders Darryn Durham, Dustin Kendall, and Mike Stryker. Zach Osborne will be at Round 6 - GP of Portugal, Agueda. He is coming off a 2nd place finish last weekend and looking to keep it on the box. Jarek Balkovic will be at he Youth Regional at Broome Tioga looking to make his presence felt in the Schoolboy classes. Wish the boys luck this weekend, they have all been working really hard!! Until next week, keep checking back for ClubMX updates...
